What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational TherapyⓇ is a contemporary therapeutic intervention that uses powerful solution-focused techniques, including Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Psychotherapy, to offer fast and long-lasting results.
Is RTT therapy for me?
RTT can be beneficial for people with a wide range of issues:
- Mental Health: depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
- Physical Health: Weight management and fertility problems.
- Behavioral issues: Procrastination, addictions, performance anxiety.
- Limiting beliefs: imposter syndrome, leadership skills.
What to expect during the RTT Session?
In an RTT session, you’ll begin by discussing your goals and concerns with the therapist. Using hypnosis, the therapist will guide you to access the root cause of your issue, helping you gain clarity and understanding. You’ll work together to reframe limiting beliefs and create a positive, empowering mindset. Each session is personalized, and you’ll leave with a customized recording to reinforce the transformation. Sessions are typically relaxing, insightful, and empowering.
Does insurance cover RTT?
RTT Therapy is a complementary method of alternative therapy and is not covered by insurance.
What are Trapped Emotions?
When we deal with the body and mind, massive shifts occur in our overall well-being. Some shifts are harmful and create emotions and stress energies that get embedded in our bodies, tissues, and organs, causing mental and physical disease.
Each trapped emotional energy is potentially significant for you, as each has impacted you somehow. Each comes from a specific time or event that was experienced either by you or someone else you may have inherited or absorbed the energy from. These energies might affect us in various ways and manifest as auto-immune diseases, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, cancer, and other illnesses. Through the Body Code, we can tap into the subconscious, identify each trapped emotion individually, and release it from the body.
Regression RTT therapy vs Talk therapy
Regression hypnotherapy and talk therapy are both types of psychological treatments that can be used to address mental health issues and help individuals better understand and cope with their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. However, they differ in several key ways:
Regression hypnotherapy involves inducing a state of hypnosis in the person and using techniques such as guided imagery and visualization to access and explore past experiences. The goal of RTT hypnotherapy is to uncover and resolve the root cause of emotional or psychological challenges stemming from past experiences. By addressing these underlying issues, individuals can effectively move beyond their current obstacles and experience lasting healing and personal growth.
